Conference Registration 會議登記

Due date for the online registration is 30 September 2013. The secure online registration fee payment through PAYPAL is also available. The deadline for the online early bird registration rate is 30 September 2013 (non-student rate HK$500 and student rate HK$200). On-site registration option is also available at the conference (2-4 November 2013) with non-student rate HK$800 and student rate HK$300.

網上登記截止日期為2013年9月30日，登記費經網上用PAYPAL交費。網上登記的截止日期為2013年9月30日（非學生港幣500圓，學生港幣200圓）。即場登記（2013年11月2至4日），非學生港幣800圓，學生港幣300圓。

Celebration Dinner for the 130th Anniversary of the Hong Kong Observatory 香港天文台130週年慶祝晚宴

This year also marks the 130th Anniversary of the Hong Kong Observatory. A celebration dinner is organized on the 3rd November 2013 and you can also reserve a ticket when making the online registration. HK$350 per head.

今年是香港天文台成立130週年，慶祝晚宴在2013年11月3日晚舉行。你可以在網上登記會議時預訂餐券，每張港幣350圓。

Accommodation and Transportation 住宿和交通

HKMS has negotiated discounted prices with two hotels, namely Ramada Hotel Kowloon and Best Western Grand Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, downtown Kowloon. Transportation will be provided between these two hotels and the conference venue. You can download room reservation form from this link:
